Refund Policy - The Basics
Because our products are consumable pet treats, we’re unable to accept returns once a package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected — let us know. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
To request help, email us at support@happydaypets.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a quick note (photos help a lot!).
Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrived damaged

The product you received is incorrect

There is a quality concern with a sealed product

Your package was lost in transit
Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Processing Time
Once we review your request, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Replacement orders ship out as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds for:

Opened or partially used products

Items marked as final sale

Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces (please contact them directly)
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (damaged, incorrect, or defective product).
Exchanges
