Processing Time

Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves our facility.
Simple, quick, no fluff — just treats on the way to your happy pet.
 
Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping on orders above $35

Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur.
 
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. Shipping rates + duties are shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary compared to U.S Domestic shipping.

Address Changes

If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours.
After an order ships, address changes cannot be made.
 

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at
info@happydaypets.com and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Returns
For safety reasons, we can’t accept opened treats (even if your dog “only tried one”).
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to process it.
 
Exchanges
Want a different flavor or size?
We’re happy to exchange any unopened item within 30 days.
 
Wrong or Damaged Items
If something isn’t right, send us a quick email with photos.
We’ll make it right — fast and friendly.
